The Dark Star Gear Koala solves the single biggest appendix mag-carrier problem: the bottom corner of a short pouch digs into the belt line and tips the mag outward, printing through the shirt. The Koala is deliberately longer than a standard pouch, so it tucks fully behind the belt and stays flat against the body.
