Refund & Shipping Policy

This policy applies to everything in the merch store. Merch orders are fulfilled through print-on-demand production, which keeps overhead low but also means each item is made specifically for the order that placed it.

Returns

We do not accept routine returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Items are produced to order, so there is no general return inventory to restock. This policy works alongside our Terms of Service.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or clearly misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos. We will review the issue and, when confirmed, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. Replacements are shipped at no additional cost.

Lost or non-delivered orders

If your order never arrives, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Goodwill exceptions

We may occasionally issue a courtesy refund if an order is a bad fit and the customer is genuinely unhappy, but those exceptions are not part of the default return policy and should not be assumed in advance.

Production & shipping timing

Typical production time is 2 to 5 business days. After production, standard US shipping usually takes another 3 to 7 business days depending on destination and carrier conditions.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
