This policy applies to everything in the merch store. Orders are placed through WaifuArmory on Etsy and printed to order.
We accept returns. To arrange one, open your order on Etsy and contact WaifuArmory. The return window, item condition requirements, and responsibility for return shipping are shown on the Etsy listing for your order. Please contact us before sending an item back.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or clearly misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos. We will review the issue and, when confirmed, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. Replacements are shipped at no additional cost.
If your order never arrives, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Items are printed to order. The Etsy listing shows the delivery estimate for your address. Shipping charges appear at checkout before you pay. Follow your order on Etsy for shipping updates.
Available shipping destinations depend on the item. Enter your delivery country on the Etsy listing to check availability and shipping charges.
