You are responsible for ensuring your build decisions and use of this service comply with local, state, and federal firearm laws. Nothing on this site, in our guides, or in our configurator should be taken as legal advice.

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. If account features are enabled, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and maintaining accurate information. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to another person. You may delete saved builds or logbook entries at any time from your account tools.

Use the Services for lawful, personal, or organizational purposes only. You may not: (a) use the Services for any unlawful or malicious purpose; (b) infringe on our intellectual property or that of others; (c) harass, abuse, or harm any person; (d) transmit viruses, spam, or other malicious code; (e) scrape, crawl, or use automated tools (including AI agents) to extract data from the Services without written permission; (f) attempt to circumvent security features, robot exclusion headers, or other access restrictions. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these terms.

The platform offers informational guidance only. Ballistics, compatibility, pricing, and product appearance may differ from what is shown on screen due to device settings or data changes. We do not warrant that product quality or appearance will match digital representations exactly. Validate critical choices with qualified armorers, instructors, or manufacturers. All product descriptions are subject to change without notice at our discretion.

When you place an order through the merch store, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance. Payment must be received and processed before acceptance. Review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

Purchases are subject to our Refund & Shipping Policy. You represent that purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect when the order is placed, as shown in your order confirmation email. Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, or customs charges unless expressly stated. Prices in the online store may differ from prices at third-party retailers.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information for all purchases. You represent that the payment method you provide is valid, that you are authorized to use it, and that charges will be honored by your card issuer.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. All content on the Services, including text, images, graphics, video, audio, trademarks, and the design and arrangement thereof, is owned by Rifle Configurator, its affiliates, or licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any material without prior written consent. Unauthorized use may violate federal and state law. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Services contain affiliate links, embedded tools, and hyperlinks to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. If you leave the Services to access third-party materials, you do so at your own risk. Access to optional third-party tools is provided "as is" without warranty. Complaints about third-party products or services should be directed to the third party.

We use PostHog and other analytics services to collect usage data, run A/B experiments, manage feature flags, and track errors. By using the Services, you acknowledge that anonymized interaction data may be collected to improve the product. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what is collected and how it is used.

If you submit ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews, or other content ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display that Feedback in any medium for any purpose. You represent that you own or have the rights to all Feedback you submit. We are under no obligation to maintain Feedback in confidence, pay compensation, or respond. We may remove Feedback that we determine to be unlawful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.

Our merch store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. Any sales and purchases you make are made directly with Rifle Configurator. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Rifle Configurator, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from your purchases and transactions with Rifle Configurator.

If you deploy any software agent (autonomous or semi-autonomous) to access or interact with the Services, the agent must: (i) identify itself as an agent in all HTTP request user-agent strings using the format "Agent/[agent-name]"; (ii) not conceal or obfuscate that interactions are automated; (iii) not circumvent CAPTCHAs or other human-verification measures; (iv) respond truthfully to any prompt distinguishing human from computer access. We may limit agent access by technical measures at any time.

The Services and all products offered through the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Some jurisdictions limit or do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties, so this disclaimer may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rifle Configurator, its partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, licensors, Shopify, and Shopify's affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of the Services or any products procured through the Services.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rifle Configurator, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from: (1) your breach of these terms; (2) your violation of any law or third-party rights; or (3) your access to and use of the Services.

We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services at any time without notice. You remain liable for all amounts due through the date of termination. Sections on intellectual property, feedback, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

If any provision of these terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rifle Configurator. You may not assign or transfer this agreement without our written consent. We may assign it without notice. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Washington.

We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these terms by posting changes to this page. Material changes will be communicated in accordance with applicable law. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. You can review the current version of these terms at any time at this URL.
