The Velocity Systems PSA4 is the consumer-accessible plate from a brand that primarily ships to military and law enforcement procurement. Velocity Systems gates direct sales on velsyst.com to mil/LE/gov accounts, so civilian buyers go through Primary Arms or Brownells. The PSA4 is the current Level IV stand-alone offering, replacing the discontinued VS-44 / VS-LWP from earlier in the lineup.
