Holster Picker

Select the exact handgun, weapon light, and slide optic you carry. The picker ranks 81 holster lines across 206 handguns. It keeps broad frame matches separate from exact fits and uses the full setup to rank each result.

Describe the pistol as it will be carried

Choose your exact handgun first. Then choose from the lights and optics listed for that model.

Start with your exact handgun

The picker then narrows the light and optic choices and ranks holsters for the full setup.

What each fit level means

Exact handgun or setup match

The holster is listed for the exact handgun or the full handgun-and-accessory setup. Confirm any accessory still marked below with the maker.

Frame-family match

The holster matches a shared frame family. Exact model, generation, barrel length, and controls still need maker confirmation.

Universal candidate

The holster is not tied to a molded firearm shell. Verify trigger coverage, retention, and the mounted accessories before carrying.

Why the light can matter more than the pistol

Many light-bearing holsters lock onto the weapon light instead of the trigger guard. That makes an X300 holster different from a TLR-1 or TLR-7 holster, even on the same handgun. The picker removes known light-family conflicts and holsters that do not allow a mounted light. If exact light support is not documented, it marks the result for confirmation.

Holster picker FAQ

How does the holster picker decide what fits?

The picker compares your handgun, light, and optic with each holster's fit details. Exact handgun or full-setup matches rank first, then frame-family matches, then universal holsters. A frame-family match does not prove that a molded shell fits every model in that family.

Why do I still need to confirm fit with the holster maker?

A molded holster can change with handgun generation, slide and barrel length, controls, compensators, weapon lights, optics, and handedness. The picker narrows the choices, but a broad frame-family match does not prove exact fit.

How are weapon-light holsters filtered?

If a molded holster lists supported lights and your light is not on the list, the picker removes it. It also removes molded holsters that do not allow a mounted light. Universal and light-bearing holsters may remain when the exact light is not documented, but you must confirm fit with the maker.

Why can't I select my pistol optic?

The optic list only shows sights matched to the selected handgun, either directly or with a listed adapter plate. If the handgun has no listed optic mount, the only choice is None.
