AS Designs PSA JAKL-15 Slip Trip Kit

The AS Designs PSA JAKL-15 Slip Trip Kit is the adapter that makes a forced reset selector work on the PSA JAKL. It is not a trigger and not a selector by itself. It is an addition to an AS Designs Arc-Fire forced reset selector or an AR Super Safety kit, supplying the parts those systems need to force a trigger reset on the JAKL-15. A standard AR-15 bolt carrier group presents a trip surface the forced reset mechanism rides against; the JAKL's long-stroke piston carrier does not, so without this kit the Arc-Fire or Super Safety cannot reset the trigger on a JAKL.

The kit contains a JAKL-15 Trip machined from 7075-T6 aluminum, a Rear Takedown Lug Block in 4140 steel, and the mounting screws. You still buy the Arc-Fire selector or Super Safety kit separately; this trip kit adapts that system to the JAKL carrier and rear takedown geometry.

Fitment is specific. The kit fits Gen 2 JAKL-15 rifles in 5.56 and 300 BLK. Gen 1 JAKL-15 models use a different bolt face that requires modification to run the kit. It does not fit the JAKL-9, the JAKL .308 (JAKL-10), or other variants; a dedicated JAKL-9 trip kit is a separate part. Confirm your JAKL generation and caliber before ordering.
