Nexbelt
Ratchet gun belt designed specifically for appendix carry with a slim, flat buckle and reinforced nylon construction.
The Nexbelt Supreme Appendix is purpose-built for appendix IWB carry, addressing the primary complaint with ratchet belts: buckle bulk at 12 o'clock. The Supreme Appendix features a low-profile, flat buckle design that sits flatter against the body than competing ratchet systems, reducing the hot spot where buckle hardware presses into the abdomen during appendix carry.
The belt uses a reinforced nylon strap with internal stiffening that provides enough rigidity to prevent holster roll and maintain draw consistency, while remaining comfortable enough for all-day wear. Like other ratchet systems, it offers 1/4-inch micro-adjustments that let you fine-tune tension after meals, clothing changes, or throughout the day. The strap is cut-to-fit and feeds through a standard 1.5-inch loop.
Nexbelt's appendix-specific design solves a real problem. Many CCW carriers switch from appendix carry because their belt buckle digs in while seated. The Supreme's flat geometry and rounded edges reduce this pressure point. At $65-75, it costs slightly more than the Kore X1 but the appendix-specific engineering is worth it if that's your primary carry position.
