RAILINK Power & Data ARC Rails (Retrofit Kit)

The standalone RAILINK Power and Data ARC Rail Kit is the upgrade path for shooters who already own a current-generation Ops-Core FAST High Cut helmet and want the powered rail backbone without buying a new shell. Gentex describes it as backward and forward compatible across all FAST High Cut systems in sizes M, L, XL, and XXL.

The kit includes the rails and hotshoe (8 oz / 226 g total) but does not include the Ballistic Hardware Kit needed to bolt the rails to the helmet shell. Budget for that separately. Once installed, the helmet feeds compatible NVGs, helmet lights, and IR strobes off a single Battery Pack+ controller mounted on the rear.

For a buyer who already runs PVS-31As on a FAST SF with a Wilcox G24, the RAILINK kit consolidates the device-side battery situation and lets the rear Battery Pack+ act as a counterweight in addition to powering the stack. Lead time is approximately 90 days from Gentex. Compatibility with non-Ops-Core helmets (Team Wendy, Galvion, Crye AirFrame) is not supported.
