G-Code Soft Shell Scorpion, Rifle, Belt Loop, Ambidextrious, Black On Black, SS-R1-LOOP-BKBK
The G-Code Soft Shell Scorpion brings hard, structured retention to the belt-carrier format. The magazine rides in a TPV-molded soft shell over a Super-Tough Nylon frame, and a front torsion plate driven by an adjustable cord forces the shell's inner friction surface down the length of the mag. Tightening the cord multiplies the holding power through the torsion plate, so you can dial retention from light to a positive lockup that survives running, rolling, and vehicle work. At 3.3 oz it is also one of the lightest hard carriers available.
The belt-loop version mounts directly to a belt, and every Scorpion is built around G-Code's RTI (Rapid Transition Interface) hanger ecosystem, so the same carrier can quick-detach between a belt, a drop panel, or a vehicle mount if you add RTI wheels. Flared surfaces on all four sides of the opening allow smooth, blind reinsertion. The carrier ships ambidextrous.
This is the rifle version. Because the soft shell flexes around whatever it cinches, one carrier fits AR/STANAG, AK 7.62x39/5.45x39, and AR-10/.308 magazines, though .308 mags seat best with the cord backed off slightly. It is more rigid against the body than a slim elastic pouch, which is the expected tradeoff for hard, tunable retention.
Add the Soft Shell Scorpion Rifle Mag Carrier to your build and see how it enhances your platform.
