PLHv2 18650 Handheld Light Package

The Modlite PLHv2 18650 Handheld Package takes the same PLHv2 light head that sits on SCAR 17s and Geissele Super Duty rifles and puts it on a handheld body with the Thrym LPC tailcap, an 18650 cell, and an XTAR MC2 charger. You get 1,350 lumens and 54,000 candela in a package that disappears into a pants pocket, and the same head can be unscrewed and moved onto a Modlite scout body if you decide to run it on a long gun later.

The cool white 5700K emitter cuts through fog and rain better than warmer tints, and the tight hotspot gives you positive identification past 100 yards. Runtime on high is approximately 75 minutes on an 18650 cell. The Thrym LPC provides a press-for-momentary, twist-for-constant interface and accepts standard SureFire Z41-pattern tailcap accessories.
