M*CARBO
Pivoting Picatinny optic mount for the Gen 2 Sub 2000 that lets the rifle still fold in half with a micro red dot attached. Gen 2 only, right-handed.
The Gen 2 Sub 2000 was never designed to wear an optic. Its sights are fixed to the barrel assembly, and a fixed Picatinny mount blocks the fold-in-half action that is the entire point of the gun. The M*CARBO Optic Mount answers that with a spring-loaded pivoting design: the optic platform clamps to the receiver and swings out of the way so the rifle still folds for backpack or trunk storage with a micro red dot mounted, then returns to position when deployed. The top surface is MIL-STD 1913 Picatinny, so any T1/T2-class micro dot fits. Note the fitment carefully: this is the Gen 2, right-handed version. Gen 3 owners do not need it; the Gen 3 ships with a factory top rail that holds zero through folding. For Gen 2 owners who want a red dot without giving up the fold, this is the standard solution.
