Magpul
Mid-length hard case built around Magpul's modular DAKA GRID organizer instead of pluck foam, for loadouts you reconfigure often.
Magpul's DAKA Hard Case rejects pluck foam in favor of the modular DAKA GRID organizer, a peg-board system that lets you rebuild the interior in minutes instead of carving foam once and living with it. The R44 is the mid-length option at 44.5 inches, sized to carry one or two carbines plus the magazines, optics, and tools a training or travel loadout needs. The C35 (35-inch) and LR53 (53-inch) cover shorter PCC/SBR builds and full-length rifles respectively.
The shell is advanced injection-molded gas-charged polypropylene, which Magpul uses to keep weight down while holding structural rigidity. An O-ring seal and pressure-equalization valve handle weather and altitude, though Magpul rates the case as weather-resistant rather than submersible, so it is not a Pelican/Nanuk IP67 alternative. The GRID system is the reason to buy it: if you run different rifles through the same case or rearrange gear constantly, the reconfigurable interior pays off in a way fixed foam never will.
Add the Magpul DAKA Hard Case R44 to your build and see how it enhances your platform.
