Midwest Industries KSG Light Mount w/ Handstop (M-LOK)

The Midwest Industries KSG Light Mount with Handstop solves two KSG problems with one part. The bottom Picatinny rail is the correct place to mount a weapon light so it stays clear of the optic on top, but a bare rail also invites the support hand to slide forward toward the muzzle on a short bullpup with limited forend real estate. This mount machines a forward handstop into the same part that carries the light, giving the support hand a positive stop behind the muzzle while M-LOK slots underneath accept a light or laser.

Construction is 6061 aluminum with a hard-coat anodized finish, and the mount clamps to the KSG forearm's bottom 1913 rail. The M-LOK slots take any M-LOK light mount or a scout light with an M-LOK adapter, so it is not locked to a single light brand. The handstop geometry indexes the support hand for repeatable placement, which matters more on the KSG than on most long guns because the dual magazine tubes and short overall length leave little margin for hand position.

For a KSG running a light, this is the cleaner solution than a separate rail panel and standalone handstop. It puts the light low and out of the optic's way and builds in the muzzle-side safety stop in one anodized aluminum piece.
