HB Industries
Free-float billet aluminum M-LOK handguard for the Scorpion in five lengths from 4.25 inch micro to 11.5 inch full size.
The factory Scorpion shroud is polymer with limited mounting real estate, no M-LOK, and a flex point that contacts the barrel under support-hand pressure. HB Industries' M-LOK handguard replaces it with a machined 6061 aluminum tube that free-floats around the barrel, presents M-LOK slots on three sides, and runs a continuous 1913 Picatinny rail across the top. The result is a real mounting platform for lights, lasers, and offset optics with no contact-point flex on the barrel.
Five lengths cover the Scorpion lineup. The 4.25 inch Micro/K fits sub-compact builds and the S2 Micro. The 6.84 inch is offered in flat or angled profiles for typical pistol-config Scorpions and lets a hand-stop or vertical grip sit at the natural support-hand position. The 11.25 inch flat and 11.5 inch angled profiles cover SBR and 16 inch carbine configurations and clear suppressors up to 1.57 inches outside diameter.
The factory finish is hardcoat black anodize, and HBI offers Cerakote in Black, FDE, OD Green, and Grey for shooters matching a build palette. All variants are 922R compliant and made in the USA. Pricing runs $94 (shroud only on the shortest variants) to $189 (Cerakote on the longer profiles).
Important pairing note: the standard HBI Theta Extended Charging Handle is profiled for the factory polymer handguard. Owners installing the HBI aluminum handguard should switch to the ProStock polymer charging handle instead, which is profiled to clear aluminum rail systems.
