Strike Industries CZ Scorpion 3+ Pistol/Micro Aluminum Handguard

The Scorpion 3+ ships with a factory M-LOK handguard, which is the single biggest ergonomic improvement over the EVO 3's polymer rail-cover design. But the factory unit is still polymer and not free-floated, which limits accuracy potential and puts a soft material directly under any rail-mounted light or laser. The Strike Industries 3+ Aluminum Handguard replaces it with a 6061-T6 free-float tube finished in Type III hardcoat anodize, with M-LOK slots at the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions and a continuous top Picatinny rail.

Free-floating the barrel is the structural improvement most shooters want from this upgrade. The factory polymer handguard contacts the barrel under barrel-mounted accessory load, which the aluminum free-float design eliminates. The handguard runs the same outer profile as the factory unit so existing M-LOK accessories transfer over directly. Suppressor clearance is maintained for the popular 9mm cans up to about 1.5 inches outer diameter.

Compatibility is the gotcha: this handguard fits the CZ Scorpion 3+ Pistol and Micro only. It does not fit the original EVO 3 S1, S2, or pistol variants (those use the HB Industries Scorpion M-LOK handguard instead). Strike Industries also makes a 3+ Carbine version with longer length, ordered separately. Verify which variant you have before purchasing.
