Overview
The Cloud Defensive MCH Duty-HO is purpose-built for uniformed duty carry. Its head is shrouded in S7 tool steel, heat-treated to 51-55 Rockwell, over a Type III hard-coat anodized 6061-T6 aluminum body. That shroud protects the lens retaining area when the light is carried hard, dropped, or used around vehicles and barricades.
Output is 1,800 lumens and 50,000 candela on high with a 60-minute runtime, 120 minutes on medium, and 6+ hours on low. A five-mode programmable tailcap lets you configure the light for your preferred behavior: high-only, low/high, high/low, very-low/medium/high, or high/medium/very-low. The MCH Duty runs on a single 18650 cell or two CR123A cells, with lower output on CR123A backup cells.
The IPX-8 rating is genuinely serious: fully submerged to 100 feet for 24 hours. If your job exposes the light to weather, blood, or decontamination, this is the light. For pure pocket EDC, the MCH Everyday configuration exists at a similar price with a lighter head.
