Manta Strobe (IR/Green/White)

The S&S Precision Manta Strobe is the helmet rail-mounted IFF strobe most commonly seen on SOF-style builds. Compared to the V-Lite, the Manta has a longer signaling range, rail-mount integration (so it sits flush with other ARC-mounted accessories instead of hanging off velcro), and a more aggressive duty cycle for active signaling rather than passive marking.

Variant selection matters: the IR-only variant is invisible to the naked eye and only useful with NVGs. The IR+green variant adds a visible green LED for daylight or no-NVG use. The visible-only variant covers daytime signaling and chemlight-replacement applications. For helmet rear mounting under an NVG-equipped operator, the IR+green variant is the most versatile.
