The Vector Optics Universal 45-Degree Offset Red Dot Sight Mount clamps to a Picatinny/Weaver-pattern rail with a two-cross-bolt base and places its optic plate at a 45-degree angle. This gives a rifle a secondary red dot beside the primary sight without tying the offset mount to a specific scope mount.
The plate is drilled for four footprints. Vector labels them with its own names, which map to industry standards: MOJ is RMR, MGT is RMSc/SMS, TEK is Docter/Noblex, and GIN is C-More RTS/STS. That covers most common micro red dots rather than only Vector optics. Its 7075-T6 aluminum alloy body measures 28.2mm wide by 51.5mm long and weighs 1.27 ounces. It has a matte black finish.
