Cascade Range Systems
Aluminum competition magwell for the US-made SIG P226X and P226 X-Five, sized to run with CRS Comp Basepads on Mec-Gar 18-round tubes.
The P226X Comp Magwell is aimed at a platform the aftermarket has mostly ignored. Armory Craft's P226 magwell is a reproduction of the German SIG Mastershop part and its own listing states it is not compatible with the new American-made 226 X5 variants, so P226X and US X-Five owners have had few dedicated options. Cascade Range Systems machined this one specifically around the current US-made frames.
Fitment covers the P226-XFive in any US version, the P226-XFive Legion, the P226X Legion, and the P226X Carry Legion. German-built P226s, including the German X-Five, are explicitly excluded; Cascade Range Systems warns that the geometry does not line up and running it anyway can cause damage. Older Elite and SAO Legion frames can work but are not what the part was designed around, and they need specific install steps.
At roughly half an ounce the magwell adds almost nothing to the gun, which matters for divisions with weight limits. Base pad pairing is strict: it is built for CRS Comp Basepads on Mec-Gar 18-round tubes and will not run factory P226X 18-round or P226 X-Five 20-round base pads.
Add the Cascade Range Systems P226X Comp Magwell to your build and see how it enhances your platform.
