Overview
The Floyd's Custom Shop Full Size Magwell flares the grip opening on the polymer M&P 2.0 full-size frame for faster, more forgiving reloads in USPSA and steel matches. It is machined from 6061 aluminum and hard-anodized, and it is cut specifically for the 4.25 inch and 5 inch polymer M&P 2.0 in 9mm and .40. It does not fit the metal-frame Competitor or M&P Metal, which use a different grip profile.
This is a system magwell, not a drop-on part. It does not work with factory magazine floorplates. To seat correctly it needs a Floyd's +2 or +6 magazine extension paired with the Low Pro or Med Pro magbase plate, which index against the magwell so the magazine drops free and reseats cleanly. Floyd's also notes it is not compatible with the new-style TTI extensions, so plan the magazine package around Floyd's own basepads.
