S&W Bodyguard 2.0 w/ Viridian RFX1

The S&W Bodyguard 2.0 w/ Viridian RFX1 is the factory red-dot version of Smith & Wesson's pocket .380. It keeps the standard Bodyguard 2.0 frame, 2.75-inch stainless barrel, 0.88-inch width, flat-face trigger, and micro carry footprint, then replaces the rear sight with Viridian's purpose-built RFX1 green dot.

The RFX1 mounts through the rear sight dovetail, so the pistol does not need a milled slide or adapter plate. Smith & Wesson offers the package as NTS, TS, and Compliant SKUs at the same $599 MSRP. The NTS and TS models ship with one 10-round flush magazine and one 12-round extended magazine; the Compliant model ships with two 10-round magazines for roster and capacity-restricted jurisdictions.

For buyers starting from scratch, the factory RFX1 bundle is cleaner than buying a base Bodyguard 2.0 and installing the standalone optic later. Existing Bodyguard 2.0 owners can still add the standalone RFX1, but the factory SKU avoids a tight rear-sight removal job and gives the dot-equipped gun a single factory configuration.
