StopBox Co-Pilot

The StopBox Co-Pilot is a vehicle lockbox for one pistol that mounts in the gap between the seat and the center console, so the gun sits locked, out of sight, and in the same place on every drive. It opens on StopBox's patented hand-gesture lock, a purely mechanical combination with no screen, batteries, or electronics, and an integrated key lock adds a second layer. Once the code is entered, the lid presents the pistol grip-up in a ready-to-draw orientation. The Universal Seat Adapter installs in under two minutes with no drilling or permanent changes, and a rubber-coated steel cable secures the box to the seat base. It is the first fully ambidextrous StopBox, mounting on the driver's or passenger's side, and StopBox says it fits most pistols including ones with a weapon light and optic. The housing is high-strength polycarbonate-ABS rather than steel.
