Single-stage, 3-position (Safe/Semi/FRT) forced reset trigger for the Ruger 10/22 with a push-button crossbolt selector

The Rare Breed FRT-22 is Rare Breed's forced reset trigger for the Ruger 10/22, and it is a complete replacement trigger rather than a part that drops into your factory pack. It is single-stage and 3-position: the factory crossbolt safety is replaced by a push-button crossbolt-style selector with Safe, Semi, and FRT positions, so the rifle keeps an ordinary semi-auto mode alongside forced reset. In the FRT position the mechanism resets the trigger after each shot and locks it from being pulled until the bolt returns to battery, so every round still takes its own trigger pull.
Rare Breed builds it from 7075 anodized aluminum and heat-treated 4140 steel, and the unit weighs 7 oz. The box holds the FRT-22 trigger and the 3-position push-button selector. Rare Breed states it attaches to the 10/22 receiver with the stock receiver pins, fits most 10/22 platforms, and needs no bolt modification.
Rare Breed will not ship forced reset triggers to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Washington, or Washington D.C. That is a shipping policy, not a map of state law, so confirm current federal, state, and local law before ordering.
