The M&P FPC (Folding Pistol Carbine) earned a following for its compact design and 9mm capability. Smith & Wesson now chambers it in 5.7x28mm, bringing the cartridge's low recoil and high velocity characteristics to the folding carbine platform. The FPC 5.7 keeps the familiar M&P grip and trigger feel and feeds the same 5.7x28mm magazines as the M&P 5.7 pistol, so shooters who carry both run one magazine pattern and a consistent manual of arms. The cross-bolt safety and non-reciprocating charging handle carry over from the original FPC design.

Smith & Wesson redesigned the buttstock specifically for the 5.7x28mm's 22-round magazines. The new stock includes a comfortable cheek weld shelf and a simplified lift-and-slide magazine release mechanism for the onboard spare.

The FPC 5.7 retains the same folding mechanism that made the original popular for vehicle storage and backpack carry. QD sling mounts on both the buttstock and handguard provide multiple carry options.

The FPC 5.7 uses the same magazines as the M&P 5.7 pistol. Each magazine holds 22 rounds, and with the buttstock storage, the carbine carries three magazines: one in the magwell and two in the stock. This delivers 66 rounds of onboard capacity.

Gemtech introduces the Nebula 5.7, their first suppressor featuring a 3D-printed titanium baffle stack. The additive manufacturing process allowed engineers to optimize baffle geometry specifically for the 5.7x28mm cartridge in ways traditional machining cannot achieve.

The Nebula 5.7's slim profile allows use with standard pistol sights. Unlike wider suppressors that require suppressor-height sights, the Nebula sits narrow enough that the sight picture remains unobstructed.

The stainless steel blast baffle handles the initial gas pressure, protecting the titanium baffles downstream. Combined with high-temperature Cerakote, the Nebula 5.7 withstands demanding firing schedules including full-auto use.

5.7x28mm burns fairly clean, so the Nebula 5.7 needs less frequent cleaning than a rimfire can, and the titanium baffle stack holds up to the round's high pressure and velocity.
