Wrangeler AK Trigger: Three-Position Drop-In Cassette

The Triggered Company has shown a three-position AK trigger in a September 6 reel. A later product preview names it the Wrangeler and describes it as a drop-in cassette. That combination is the news: a self-contained trigger with three selectable positions, aimed at the AK family.

The footage shows a shooter firing an AK, but it never shows the cassette or selector up close. The maker's caption calls the design a “true drop-in cassette trigger” and lists 9mm, 5.56, 7.62x39 and RPK.

AK trigger fit is decided by the receiver and fire-control geometry, not just the cartridge on the magazine. A cassette that works in one stamped AK may face different clearances in a milled receiver, a Beryl or a pistol-caliber variant. A self-contained cassette packages the trigger parts together, but it still has to clear the host receiver and selector. That is the fitment test that will decide which AK owners can use the Wrangeler.
