Ten-Speed Single M4 Mag Pouch

The Blue Force Gear Ten-Speed is the answer when weight and a low profile matter more than maximum retention. It uses Ten-Speed military-grade elastic backed by ULTRAcomp laminate, which BFG rates to exceed 1000D Cordura in tear and abrasion resistance while absorbing far less water. Empty, the pouch lays completely flat, so it adds almost nothing to a belt or carrier until a magazine is in it.

Retention is elastic tension rather than a kydex insert, which makes the draw smooth and silent but means the pouch relies on a clean elastic mouth to hold the mag. Over years of hard use elastic does relax, which is the known tradeoff against KYWI and TACO designs, but for the weight and packability nothing matches it.

The patented Helium Whisper attachment threads flat against MOLLE for a slim mount. This single holds one M4 / AR-15 magazine in polymer or metal, and the elastic mouth will also swallow tourniquets, bandages, or similar-size items.
