LOK Grips
Solid brass GridLOK panels for the X-series SIG P226 that push grip weight to roughly 9.5 oz, about 3 oz past SIG's tungsten-infused X-Five Legion grips.
These exist to add weight, and the numbers make the case better than any adjective. LOK lists the stock G10 P226 panels at 2.5 oz and SIG's tungsten-infused X-Five Legion grips at 6.8 oz. The brass GridLOK panels weigh 9.55 oz in SAO trim and 9.85 oz in DA/SA, roughly 3 oz past the tungsten grips and about 7 oz past stock. On an already heavy all-metal frame that mass sits low and forward of the web of the hand, which is where a competition shooter wants it.
The GridLOK texture is the same pattern LOK uses on its aluminum panels, so traction is aggressive and consistent rather than slick the way bare metal usually is. SAO and DA/SA are separate parts at separate prices; ordering the wrong one is the common mistake.
Fitment is limited to the X-series frames. Non-X P226 models and German-built guns are excluded. Screws are not included, so the factory hardware carries over, and the kit ships with a dowel and four O-rings.
