The Strike Industries SMC-90 chassis is a full drop-in replacement for the PS90 factory receiver assembly. Strike launched the system at SHOT Show 2026 and the chassis remains in back-order status through mid-2026 while production catches up to demand.
The SMC-90 brings the PS90 into modern bullpup territory with an adjustable cheek rest, integrated 1913 Picatinny lower accessory rail, internal cable management for laser and light wiring, and integrated QD sling sockets in both fore and aft positions. The system is 21.06 inches long and 26.87 oz, which is heavier than the factory PS90 chassis but adds substantial modularity in exchange.
For PS90 owners building a serious modern bullpup configuration, the SMC-90 is the most ambitious upgrade currently available. The system is purpose-designed to work with the matching SMC-90 handguard and accepts standard PS90 internals. Plan on the back-order wait if ordering in 2026.
