Overview

The Lingle Industries GEN 2 Stribog Scorpion Lower is the premium platform-conversion base for the Grand Power Stribog. The factory Stribog uses a proprietary magazine well and a proprietary fire control group; the Lingle lower replaces both, machined from billet 7075 aluminum rather than the polymer used by the budget A3 Industries lower. It accepts CZ Scorpion EVO magazines (the Magpul PMAG 35 EV9 is the recommended feed), plus a standard AR-15 trigger, safety selector, and pistol grip. The AR-15 compatibility is the fire control group, not the magazine; this lower does not take AR-15 magazines. The serialized part of the Stribog is the upper, so this lower ships without an FFL transfer.

Fitment covers the SP9A1 Gen2, SP9A3, SP9A3S, and SP9A3G. Two compatibility notes from Lingle matter. Do not run CZ Gen3 or "3+" brand magazines in this lower; they cause feed issues, though other 3+ pattern mags are fine. On the SP9A1, use a trigger group with a hammer width under .270 inches; most drop-in and cassette-style triggers clear this.

This lower is the starting point for a forced reset trigger Stribog, but it does not on its own make an FRT function. An AR-15 FRT resets off the AR bolt carrier's trip surface, and the short flat Stribog bolt has no such surface. Enabling the reset requires a machined upper and a steel trip, done as a mail-in service by Skunkwerks or with a fitted trip sled. Installed with a standard AR trigger, the lower runs normal semi-auto out of the box.
