Beretta 92FS / Cx4 Storm 30-Round Magazine (C89282)

The C89282 is Beretta's own 30-round 9mm magazine, and it is the highest-capacity factory option that feeds both the 92 series pistol and the Cx4 Storm carbine built around the 92-series magazine well. The body is carbon steel with a gloss blue finish, the follower and floorplate are polymer, and the sleeve carries witness holes at 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, and 30 rounds. It is made in Italy alongside the pistols it feeds.

Capacity is the reason to buy it. The Cx4's stock 15- and 17-round magazines are fine for general shooting, but a carbine that shares magazines with a 92 is at its most useful when one magazine covers both guns, and 30 rounds cuts reloads roughly in half. The extended body sits well below the Cx4's magazine well, which makes it easy to grab and strip on a reload.

The magazine only fits Cx4 Storms configured for 92-series magazines. Cx4s ordered with the 8000 Cougar or Px4 magazine well take a different magazine family entirely, so confirm which well your carbine wears before ordering. Magazine capacity limits are state law in a number of jurisdictions, and this magazine is not shippable to several of them.
