Pearce Grip
Plus-zero floorplate replacement that adds a finger-groove rest to the Glock 30 flush 10-round .45 ACP magazine without changing capacity.
The Pearce PG-30 solves the Glock 30's defining ergonomic problem: the stubby subcompact grip leaves a shooter's pinky curled under the magazine or hanging off entirely. On a .45 ACP that recoils harder than a 9mm subcompact, that lost finger costs real control. The PG-30 replaces the flush floorplate with a contoured polymer extension that adds a finger groove, restoring a full three-finger hold without adding a round or meaningfully changing the concealment footprint.
Install is tool-less. Depress the factory floorplate retainer, slide the flush plate off, transfer the spring and follower, and snap the PG-30 into place. Capacity stays at 10 rounds because the spring, follower, and tube are unchanged; this is a grip extension, not a capacity extension.
Pearce confirms the PG-30 fits Glock 30, 30SF, and 30S magazines. It will not fit the Glock 36 single-stack magazine, which uses Pearce's separate PG-360. Verify your magazine before ordering.
