Wilson Combat ETM 1911 9mm 10rd Magazine

The Wilson Combat ETM 9mm 10-round magazine is the standard reference for full-size 9mm 1911 reliability. The 9mm 1911 platform has historically been finicky about magazines because the cartridge was retrofitted into a frame designed for .45 ACP, and most 9mm 1911 feeding issues trace back to magazine choice rather than the pistol itself. The ETM 9mm uses the same hardened internals and reinforced ETM base pad as the .45 ACP version, with feed lip geometry tuned specifically for the 9mm Luger cartridge.

If you own a 9mm 1911 (Springfield Garrison 9mm, Wilson Combat CQB 9mm, Dan Wesson 9mm, Kimber 9mm, Colt 9mm Government or Commander) and you have any feeding inconsistency from factory magazines, swap to ETMs first and most issues resolve. Capacity is 10 rounds, two more than the .45 ACP variant. Fits full-size 9mm 1911 frames including Government 5-inch and Commander 4.25-inch, which share the same grip dimensions; Officer/CCO 9mm frames require Officer-length 9mm magazines.
