Norotos
Titanium and aluminum NVG mount with push-button deploy. The premium Norotos alternative to the Wilcox G24, with field-changeable horn or dovetail interface depending on the goggle.
The Norotos TATM is the premium Norotos alternative to the Wilcox L4 G24 and the second-most-common NVG mount on serious helmets. At $500 it lands at the same price point as the G24, with a push-button deploy mechanism instead of the G24's slide-to-stow design. The titanium-and-aluminum construction is 6 oz, marginally heavier than the G24.
Norotos sells the TATM in two interface variants: horn (bayonet) for older USGI PVS-7 / PVS-15 / PVS-23 devices, and dovetail for the current PVS-14, PVS-31A, BNVD-1531, and aftermarket housings. Pick the variant that matches your device; the interface is not field-swappable. Both versions mount to either a VAS shroud or a USGI 3-hole shroud without adapters.
Under impact the TATM is more rigid than the breakaway G24, which some operators prefer for stability under dynamic movement and others avoid because the breakaway feature is the G24's main safety differentiator. The mount is ITAR-controlled and ships within the United States only. Authorized dealers include ANVS, TNVC, and a handful of NVG specialty shops.
