Sightmark
Chamber-insert laser boresight for rough zeroing. Saves ammo by getting on paper before live fire.
The Sightmark 5.56 NATO Laser Boresight is an essential tool for quickly getting your rifle on paper before heading to the range. This chamber-insert device projects a red laser dot that shows exactly where your bore is pointing, allowing you to make coarse adjustments to your optic or iron sights without firing a single round. It's particularly valuable when mounting a new optic or troubleshooting zero issues.
Using the boresight is straightforward: chamber it like a regular cartridge, and a bright red laser dot appears downrange showing your bore alignment. Make your initial adjustments to align your reticle or sights with the laser dot, then eject it like an empty casing. You'll be on paper at 25-50 yards, ready to confirm and refine your zero with live ammunition. The National Tactical Officers Association tests and recommends this tool for professional use.
Constructed of durable brass with a visible red laser (632-650nm wavelength, <5mW output), the boresight is compact enough to fit in any range bag. It includes a protective carrying case, three AG3 batteries providing approximately 1 hour of continuous use, and complete instructions. The effective sighting range is 15-100 yards with a 2" dot size at 100 yards, perfect for initial zeroing work.
