Overview
Indian Creek model 0005 in .665 is a tight turkey choke for a 12-gauge Benelli M2 barrel marked for removable Crio or Crio Plus tubes. It is intended for lead and hybrid heavy turkey loads in shot sizes 2 through 10. Pattern the exact load before hunting because a tight choke can shift point of impact and pattern density from one shell to another.
Check the barrel marking before installation. This tube does not fit a fixed-choke barrel, a slug barrel without removable choke threads, Benelli's newer Advanced Impact system, or the Mobil/Standard system used by the M4, Nova, and SuperNova.
Key Features
- Exact Model 0005 and .665 configuration
- Extended, ported turkey-choke body
- Manufacturer fitment table includes the Benelli M2
- Rated by Indian Creek for lead and hybrid heavy shot sizes 2 through 10
- Separate Crio-family fitment excludes M4 and SuperNova Mobil/Standard systems
Pros
- +Tight .665 option for turkey-load pattern testing
- +Indian Creek publishes both the M2 host and the 0005 model number
- +Extended body is easier to grip during removal
Cons
- −Requires a 12-gauge barrel with removable Crio or Crio Plus threads
- −Does not fit fixed-choke, unthreaded slug, or Advanced Impact barrels
- −Does not fit the M4, Nova, or SuperNova Mobil/Standard system
