Overview
The DRT combines a magnesium chassis body and buttstock with an aluminum night-vision bridge and ARCA rail. Titanium length-of-pull pins, clamp, and action screws limit weight, while the carbon fiber Gen 2 vertical grip keeps the complete chassis, buttstock, bridge, and grip at 3.2 lb. The integrated friction-adjustable buttstock folds over the bolt handle. Length of pull adjusts without tools from 12 to 14.25 inches, and the cheek riser has 1.15 inches of travel.
The skeletonized bridge provides a 13 inch rail with 20 MOA of forward cant for a clip-on thermal or night-vision optic. A full-length ARCA rail supports ARCALOCK and RRS Lock clamps, while the forend adds M-LOK, an adjustable thumb shelf, a 5 inch offset Picatinny rail, and an integrated barricade stop. The magazine latch is adjustable and lockable with Delrin dowels, bedding compound grooves support action fit-up, and the low bore axis keeps the receiver close to the support surface.
