Round AR500 Steel Gong Target

The round gong is the plate every steel rack starts with. Precision Targets cuts these from American AR500 under coolant, which keeps the heat-affected zone at the cut edge small, then powder coats them orange so hits show as paint splash. Three thicknesses cover the whole use spectrum: 1/4 inch for pistol and rimfire, 3/8 inch as the general-purpose rifle plate, and 1/2 inch for magnum rifle and heavy volume. Sizes run 2 inches, which is a genuine precision challenge at 100 yards, up to 14 inches for fast carbine work.
