The Custom is BPG's answer for non-standard cans. The pre-sized Heavy catalog covers the common rifle suppressor diameters (1.5", 1.625", 1.75", etc.), but if you own a .50 BMG can, a thick-walled DDR, or a competition-specific tube that falls outside those steps, the Custom is the only path to a Kevlar-grade cover that fits.
Diameter is selectable from 1.00" to 2.00" in 0.25" increments. Length is custom to the nearest 0.25". The outer Kevlar shell is 1000°F-rated in black, FDE, and wheat tan; the gray and MultiCam variants drop to 600°F because of the dye pigments. The middle is a Nomex blend, and the inner is a fire-resistant sleeving rated to 1200°F.
BPG marks custom orders final sale, with no warranty against heat damage from running the cover past spec. The use envelope is the same as the Heavy: hard-use rifle is fine, but sustained 5.56 mag dumps require cooldown breaks. If you have a standard rifle can, buy the pre-sized Heavy. If you have a non-standard can, this is the cover that fits.
