Rifles Only
Two-part construction with a replaceable outer sleeve. Burn through the outer and you reorder a $30 wrap, not a new cover.
Rifles Only solved a design problem no other cover maker has: what happens after the outer fabric burns through? On every other cover, you reorder a $100-$225 replacement. On the HAD, you reorder a replacement outer sleeve and reuse the original inner core. The economics flip in favor of buyers who actually run their cans hot.
The inner core is rated to 3000°F — among the highest soft-core ratings on this list, tied with the Cole-TAC HTP base layer. The replaceable outer sleeve is rated to 2000°F. Retention is a high-temp rope cinch that needs re-tightening after the first few range sessions as the cover seats.
Rifles Only is direct on the limits: warranty is void on barrels under 16" (SBR users are out) and on "crazy mag-dump" use cases. For a 16"+ rifle that runs moderate-to-sustained semi-auto fire, the HAD is the cover that costs less to maintain over a year of range time. The first burn-through funds itself.
Add the Rifles Only HAD (Heat Abatement Device) to your build and see how it enhances your platform.
