Overview
The Franklin Armory BFSIII 22-C1 is a bare binary trigger for most Ruger 10/22 and 10/22-pattern rifles. Position 1 is Safe, Position 2 fires one round per pull, and Position 3 fires one round on the pull and a second on release. Holding the trigger rearward and moving the selector out of Binary cancels the release round.
This is the curved-bow trigger alone, not a complete trigger pack. The 22-C1-P and the 22-EZ pair the same trigger family with complete housings, while the 22-C1 is fitted into an existing pack, which is why Franklin Armory recommends a gunsmith install it.
Buy this version only if a gunsmith is already doing the work or you are equipped to fit a trigger yourself. If you want to install it and shoot the same afternoon, the 22-EZ is the drop-in pack in the same family.
