The P365 family uses several compact optic-cut revisions. Verify your exact slide before buying an optic or plate. The RMRcc has its own footprint and needs the exact Maple Leaf plate on the verified P365X, P365XL, P365 XMacro, and P365 Fuse slides. SIG's metal-frame Custom Works option is the P365-AXG Equinox: a two-port Equinox slide on a black AXG grip with G10 panels, 12+1, and a SIG-LOC optic-ready cut. It is a complete pistol, not a threaded-barrel upgrade.
Why magazines come first: The SIG P365 family runs on one of the most capacity-efficient magazine designs in the compact pistol segment, but the platform's modularity means magazine choice is tied directly to which P365 variant you own. How many magazines do you need: For everyday carry, carry two magazines minimum: one in the gun, one spare on body.
