Compact open-emitter carry optic on the RMSc footprint with red, green, and MRS variants

The Ruger RXM slide is cut for three footprints at once: Trijicon RMR and Holosun C-pattern optics, the Leupold DeltaPoint Pro, and the Shield RMSc. Ruger lists RMR, DPP, and RMSc as the optic pattern on every standard RXM model, and none of them needs an adapter plate. You pull the two screws holding the optic plate cover, drop the supplied steel dowel pins into the holes matching your footprint, and bolt the optic to the slide. Ruger's manual calls for two pins under an RMR-pattern optic and four under a DPP or RMSc optic. Holosun's K-series and EPS dots are the ones that need the C&H Precision RXM RMSc / Holosun K plate.
Not every RXM carries that three-pattern cut. Ruger's Lipsey's distributor exclusive models, 19461 through 19466, list the Aimpoint A-CUT as their optic pattern instead and pair it with a steel front sight rather than the tritium sight on the standard guns. Read the model number on the box. The second thing worth knowing: the RXM is a Glock 19-pattern pistol, but the optic cut is Ruger's own dowel-pin system rather than a MOS-style pocket, so a Glock plate has nothing to bolt into.
These optics carry the DeltaPoint Pro / RMR / Shield RMSc footprint the slide is cut for. Screws, recoil bosses, and pocket all line up, so they seat on the slide with no plate.

Only for some optics. The Ruger RXM slide is cut for the DeltaPoint Pro / RMR / Shield RMSc footprint, so DeltaPoint Pro / RMR / Shield RMSc optics bolt straight to the slide with no plate. Optics that do not share that locating pattern, the Holosun 407K X2, Holosun 507K X2 and Holosun EPS Carry among them, mount over an adapter plate that bolts into the slide first.
Yes. The Holosun 507C X2 uses the DeltaPoint Pro / RMR / Shield RMSc footprint that the Ruger RXM slide is cut for, so it bolts straight to the slide with no adapter plate.
Yes. The Trijicon RMR Type 2 uses the DeltaPoint Pro / RMR / Shield RMSc footprint that the Ruger RXM slide is cut for, so it bolts straight to the slide with no adapter plate.
Yes, on a plate. The Holosun 507K X2 is a Shield RMSc / Holosun K footprint optic, so it mounts on the Ruger RXM using the C&H Precision Ruger RXM RMSc / Holosun K Adapter Plate. Install the plate to the slide first, then the optic to the plate.
Yes, on a plate. The Holosun EPS Carry mounts on the Ruger RXM using the C&H Precision Ruger RXM RMSc / Holosun K Adapter Plate. Install the plate to the slide first, then the optic to the plate.
Not for an RMR, Holosun C, DeltaPoint Pro, or Shield RMSc optic. Those bolt to the RXM slide itself once the optic plate cover is off and the supplied dowel pins are dropped into the matching holes: two pins for an RMR-pattern optic, four for a DPP or RMSc optic. Ruger's manual is explicit that an optic should only be mounted with those pins installed. Screw threads differ by pattern, 6-32 UNC for RMR-pattern optics and M4-0.7 for DPP and RMSc optics.
No. The RXM borrows Glock 19 slide, barrel, and magazine compatibility, but not the optic mounting system. Its slide is milled for the optic directly and located by dowel pins, so there is no MOS pocket for a Glock plate to sit in. Buy hardware that names the RXM.
Through a plate. The RXM's direct patterns are RMR, DeltaPoint Pro, and Shield RMSc, and Holosun's K-series and EPS bases match none of the three, so they mount on the C&H Precision RXM RMSc / Holosun K adapter plate. That plate bolts into the factory cut and presents the K and EPS pattern to the optic.
