EXFIL Ballistic Helmet (Rail 3.0)

The Team Wendy EXFIL Ballistic with Rail 3.0 is the premium FAST-pattern ballistic helmet outside the Ops-Core ecosystem. At $1,524.60 with the latest Rail 3.0 upgrade, it lands about $475 below a FAST SF Next Gen while delivering the same NIJ Level IIIA protection and a substantially different fit philosophy.

The Zorbium foam liner is the EXFIL signature. Unlike conventional EPS foams that crush and absorb a single impact, Zorbium is a viscoelastic polymer that recovers between impacts and returns to its original shape, which Team Wendy publishes as superior multi-impact performance versus comparable EPS-lined helmets. The CAM FIT retention system uses a BOA dial for one-handed adjustment, and the system seats lower on the head than Ops-Core for users who find the FAST SF rides high.

Complete system weight is 2.6 lb in size M/L (53-58 cm) and 2.75 lb in XL (58-63 cm). That includes the shell, the factory-integrated aluminum Wilcox-pattern shroud, the EXFIL Rail 3.0 accessory rails, the CAM FIT retention system, and the Zorbium liner. Rail 3.0 is the newest iteration of Team Wendy's modular accessory rail with improved retention and a wider mounting envelope versus the older Rail 2.0.
