Overview

The Haley Strategic MOD Placard is a 4.5 oz load panel built from MIL-SPEC 500D/1000D nylon laminate. Its 10.75 by 6 inch mounting face provides six columns and five rows of 1 inch MOLLE, with room for a three-magazine 5.56 insert or a mixed set of compatible D3CR inserts.

Height-adjustable vertical attachment points accept standard 1 inch side-release buckles or 1 inch G-Hooks. Multi-fit side points support those same hardware types plus FirstSpear Split Bar Tubes. This lets the placard move between compatible armor fronts without changing the pouch layout.

The base placard includes four female and two male 1 inch split-bar buckles. Magazine inserts, G-Hooks, pouches, and a chest-rig harness are separate parts, so the panel can stay bare or be configured around the load it needs to carry.
