TANDEMKROSS hiveGrip (Ruger Mark IV 22/45)

The 22/45 grip frame borrows the 1911 grip angle but keeps a slick polymer surface with almost no texture. The hiveGrip wraps that frame in a single piece of aggressively textured rubber with molded finger grooves, which is the cheapest way to make a 22/45 hold still in a wet or sweaty hand.

TANDEMKROSS builds the wrap from a patented impact and vibration dampening material rather than plain rubber. On a .22 LR pistol that matters less for recoil than it does for feel: the wrap kills the hollow buzz a polymer frame transmits and gives the palm something to seat against. Installation is a wrap-and-seat job with no tools and no permanent modification, so it comes back off if a shooter prefers the bare frame or needs the pistol to fit an unmodified holster.

Fitment is 22/45 only. TANDEMKROSS lists the Mark IV 22/45, 22/45 Tactical, and 22/45 LITE plus the Mark III 22/45 and 22/45 LITE. No hiveGrip exists for the standard steel-frame Mark IV, which takes conventional side panels instead. Pair it with the Cornerstone Safety Thumb Ledge and Accelerator Forward Thumb Ledge for a complete grip rework of the same frame.
