The Strike Industries SMC-90 handguard is the modular forend of the SMC-90 PS90 chassis system. Short and long variants are available; the short version measures 6.89 inches and weighs 9.47 oz at $59.95. CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum with M-LOK slots on the sides and bottom and a Picatinny rail on the top and bottom for accessory mounting.
This handguard is part of the SMC-90 chassis ecosystem and requires the Strike SMC-90 chassis kit to mount. It is not a drop-in handguard for the stock PS90 receiver. PS90 owners who want a modular M-LOK forend should plan on the full chassis conversion or the Haga front handguard, which mounts directly to the factory receiver.
The SMC-90 system shipped at SHOT 2026 and remains in back-order status through mid-2026.
