The Arisaka Defense 600 Series Light represents a modular approach to weapon lighting, allowing users to select from multiple high-performance head options including Malkoff E2XTLv3 (55,000 candela / 1,000 lumens), E2HTv3 (30,000 candela / 1,000 lumens), and HTLv3 (30,000 candela / 1,000 lumens). The low-profile 18650 Series Light Body provides an unobstructed, close fit when using Arisaka's Inline, Offset, or Side Scout Mounts. This system shares the same mounting footprint as SureFire Scout lights, ensuring compatibility with the vast ecosystem of mounts and switches.

The Malkoff heads are fully potted to withstand recoil during weapon-mounted use, with runtime of approximately 1.5 hours on 18650 cells or 30 minutes on CR123A batteries. The E2XTLv3 provides maximum throw for distance work, while the HTLv3 and E2HTv3 offer some of the best beam patterns on the market with excellent close-to-medium performance and superior dust-cutting ability. The E2HT variant is particularly popular for its smooth, balanced beam profile. The CNC-machined 6061-T651 aluminum body with MIL-A-8625 Type III hard coat anodizing ensures durability across harsh environments.
