Pearce Grip Extension For Ruger LCP Max 380 3/4' Extra, No Color, PGMX380
The PG-MX380 fixes the single biggest ergonomic complaint about the Ruger LCP MAX flush 10-round magazine, which is the pinky tuck under the baseplate. The factory floor plate sits flush against the bottom of the grip, leaving the shooter's little finger curled under the magazine or floating off the gun entirely. The PG-MX380 swaps that flush plate for a contoured polymer extension that adds roughly three-quarters of an inch of gripping surface, enough for a full three-finger hold on a pistol that otherwise reads as a two-finger gun.
Install is tool-less. Depress the factory floor plate retainer, slide the OEM plate off, transfer the spring and follower into the new plate, and snap the PG-MX380 in place. Capacity stays at 10 rounds because the spring, follower, and tube are unchanged. This is a grip extension, not a capacity extension.
Compatibility is strict: the PG-MX380 fits Ruger LCP MAX factory 10-round magazines only. It does NOT fit the Ruger 12-round extended magazine (SKU 90734), which already ships with a polymer base extension molded in. It also does not fit the original LCP, the LCP II, or any non-MAX .380. Ordering for the wrong magazine is the most common buyer mistake on this part.
