Overview

The PDC is FAB Defense's replacement dust cover for AK and AKM rifles, milled from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and steel with a matte black hardcoat. The cover is 246 mm long overall with 185 mm of free Picatinny rail on top, enough for an optic and magnifier or a compact scope placed over the receiver.

FAB's patented, manually adjustable retention mechanism holds the cover down without gunsmithing, and the original iron sights stay usable. It weighs 191 grams. It does not fit Century C39, RAS-47, or VSKA rifles, Yugo patterns, or RPK variants.
