KDG Kinect MLOK Offset Scout Mount

The KDG Kinect Offset Scout Mount turns one in-spec M-LOK slot into a removable 45-degree Picatinny rail. Pressing the spring-loaded Kinect wedges into the slot locks the mount without screws, T-nuts, or a torque wrench, so a rail-clamp light can move between compatible handguards without leaving a fixed rail section behind.

The output is Picatinny, not a direct two-screw Scout footprint. That makes the mount useful for lights and other rail-clamp accessories, but KDG explicitly says its Kinect offset pieces are not rated for sights. Do not use it as a canted-red-dot base even though the rail sits at an optic-like 45-degree angle.

Fit depends on rail geometry. KDG designed Kinect around the original Magpul M-LOK thickness range of 0.08 to 0.125 inches and does not guarantee fit on polymer handguards or out-of-tolerance aftermarket rails. KDG reports testing through .308 and separately warns that heavily loading a Kinect-mounted accessory can let the system disengage under recoil, so confirm lockup with a firm tug after every move.
